Mike Head has more than 29 years of leadership and operational experience at Johnson & Johnson; managing 6 companies in 5 countries.  In his most recent assignment, Mike managed the $2.5 billion Johnson’s Baby Global Franchise.  Prior to this, Mike was responsible for Mergers and Acquisitions as well as Global Business Development across a $9 billion Consumer Healthcare portfolio.

Mike has a diverse global background in general management, marketing, business unit operations, strategy development and implementation and licensing and acquisitions.  His experience spans from mature businesses to start-up leadership environments.
