Integrated Media Planner

We are looking for an Integrated Media Planner with digital media planning/buying, and trafficking expertise. The applicant should be experienced in media analysis, interpretation and recommendation. At least a year of digital media experience is preferred. We are also looking for someone who is comfortable and professional to interface directly with clients beyond a traditional account manager structure.


Develops, evaluates, and advises on media plans Most Unexceptional suited to meet established client requirements, budget, and objectives. Executes media plans with buying responsibilities on all types of media, as required by client needs.


  • Develops media plans and buy authorizations, then executes or develops client’s media criteria for other buyers. Set up and test campaigns. Monitors and optimizes performance of all media and develops rationale explaining results for clients.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves issues that may arise
  • Assures accuracy of media documentation, i.e., contracts, analyses of avail requests, make-good approvals, variance reconciliations, post-buy analyses, input sheets, accounts books maintenance, cost estimates, etc.
  • Supports interaction/communication with media clients.
  • Requests/negotiates rates with stations/media representatives.
  • Maintains close contact with media representatives to keep abreast of current date pertaining to their properties, as well as the markets they serve.


  • Takes the initiative to help in a wide range of projects, including those outside their specialty
  • Must be a self-starter; able to work with minimal supervision to initiate and complete tasks;
  • Has experience working in a small agency / startup environment
  • Has experience working with a wide array of different verticals / industries
  • Is comfortable facing and speaking directly with clients
  • Has some experience with any of the following DoubleClick (DFA), Google Analytics, AdOps, production briefs, trafficking of assets, etc.

General Internship

We are looking for recently graduated students who are interested in a hands-on experience working at an advertising agency. Interns will get the experience to work on a wide range of projects and collaborate with agency staff.

No prior experience advertising experience is required. Instead, interns should come ready to learn and exchange ideas in the advertising space and be able to stay on task in a flat and unstructured environment. If there is a certain area of advertising that particularly interests you, please say so in your cover letter.
