We’re a unique team looking for a Media Account Associate, a diverse role that ensures Agency services are utilized efficiently and effectively to produce work that meets the high standards of the Agency and expectations of the Client. To carry out this hybrid media and account management responsibility, The Fearless Group is looking for an ambitious self-starter with some prior agency, media, sales or analytical experience.

Role Overview:

The Media Account Associate owns the day-to-day relationship between the agency and its Clients, as well as co-ordinates project fulfilment with the creative team, optimizes campaigns, conducts research, and identifies additional ways for the agency to support clients business.  A Media Account Associate must have a strong understanding of traditional media, digital media, and marketing analytics. The role must also embody a proactive approach to client management research, partner vendors, brands and marketplaces and collaborate with the team regularly.

Specific Required Duties/Skills/Abilities:

The Media Account Associate will be accountable for the following:

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Manage day-to-day client campaign executions.
  • Working with all departments in the development and execution of strategically sound marketing communications plans.
  • Present campaigns both internally and externally.
  • Contributing to all stages of project planning, media executions and asset deployment to ensure highest levels of quality are met.
  • Assist in research and analysis to develop objectives, strategies, and tactics.
  • Analyze media alternatives to recommend how to best allocate the advertising budget.
  • Ensuring accurate and profitable project estimates followed by accurate and timely Client billing and bill payments.
  • Maintaining and nurturing business relationships across key areas of the Clients’ organization.
  • Ability to see the big picture, identify key issues, and provide proactive tactical and strategic recommendations.
  • Responsible for developing a working knowledge of media relevant to the client’s business including TV, print, digital, search, social, spot TV, and radio.
  • Reviewing all creative to assure that it satisfies Client objectives and strategies.
  • Acting as a sounding board for new ideas, solutions, and opportunities.

Qualifications and other relevant information:

Qualifications and other relevant information:

  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience in Advertising, Marketing or Media Planning.

Use strong communications skills (verbal and written) to assist with all aspects of clients’ interactive advertising, email campaigns, web & mobile landing pages, branding identity, logo development, compiling wireframes, creating brand assets and marketing collateral. Work with team to assist clients in the creation of consistent visual designs and user experiences for clients ranging from websites to mobile. Meet with clients to engage in conceptual design, planning and execution of a range of print and interactive projects including posters, advertisements, direct mail, corporate identity pieces, landing pages design, email blasts and web graphics. Work with team to create pixel-perfect mock-ups/visual specs for developers. Use strong communication skills to be direct the design team and work with developers and project managers to plan, direct and execute to designs that are on strategy and reflect a brand’s personality.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Advertising, Design, Digital Arts, or a related field, plus 2 years of professional experience working on consumer brand (including print and interactive projects) and user experience including using website and native applications across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices. Must also have the following: 2 years of professional experience performing website design (including information Architecture, wireframing, prototyping, HTML5 and CSS3); 2 years of professional experience performing UI (User Interface)(including Photoshop Design); 2 years of professional experience performing UX (User Experience) (including gathering product requirements, research and analytics, and outputs and user interaction); 2 years of professional experience performing ID (Interaction Design)(including prototyping tools and researching methods); 2 years of professional experience performing IA (Information Architecture) (including site maps and groups content); 1 year of professional experience using Adobe Suite Sketch, InDesign and Illustrator; 1 year of professional experience using OmniGraffle, Sketchup, Axure, MS Visio, Arduino, Invision, Logic Pro, PHP and MYSQL, Unity, UXPin, and WordPress; 1 year of professional experience editing video and sound.
